Though the exact origin of the accent was unknown, our reviewer thought the accent could be Columbian. It would be quite a revelation to confirm that Columbian gunmen were now working for the Sinaloa cartel. Although it’s not shown on this video clip, probably because it is from a television broadcast, the detained men are executed later.
