Summary:
Mexican President Felipe Calderon has purged all the police chiefs from Mexico’s 31 federal districts, in order to rid the federal police of officials that have been corrupted by the drug cartels.

Analysis:
This is proof of the extent to which the Mexican police have been compromised by groups like the Zetas.
